Blackjack bots, poker bots, game bots and poker bots riches
First things first game bots are not illegal but can in some cases be against the terms of service of gaming sites like online casinos and online poker rooms.
There is no real reason why they should be against the TOS of online casinos because blackjack bots as well as roulette bots give no mathematical advantage to the player over the casino except that they will play the game for you with no errors thus minimizing your losses and giving you the opportunity to walk away with a nice chunk of the bonus - this is free money- and sometimes times much, much more.

Bots that make those dubious claims, if true, are completely illegal since to be able to do that you would need to hack into the software and that is illegal under international law. But other holdem bots or omaha bots and poker bots in general work just like blackjack bots and advise you on the best way to play your hand in relation to the cards on the table.
There are many variations of poker bots of which I also recommend below. You should be wary of set and forget bots however, since online poker is more varied and dynamic in how it is played in comparison to the more rigid games of blackjack and roulette. So make sure if you use a poker bot that plays for you that you keep checking on play or you might have a nasty surprise when you log back into your online poker room account.
